I can't start the bot, what should I do?
I can't set the location, the bot sends an error message. What to do?
Telegram can't send your location to the bot without your permission. So you can type in your city or send the location via Telegram again. To make it work, give Telegram access to the location and go through this step again so that the bot gets your location and can find people nearby. Later you can change these settings back :)
The bot suggests me people not from my city. Why?
We're still a small dating service, but we're growing fast. And users are not yet available in all cities. We have a lot of users in Moscow, Kiev, Minsk and other major cities. We try to move faster and attract new users in different cities. So if you want to find out how many users there are in your city or help us, just text to the contact form and chat at our website or @zodier_support account in Telegram. You can also help by sharing the bot with your friends :)
I have mutual likes, but no one texts me. Why?
This question can have two answers: emotional and technical :)
Let's start with the first one. People may not write to you because they are too shy to text first. They can't or don't want to at the moment, or have already found a partner, and when this mutual like has happened, they are no longer looking for new acquaintances. Don't worry, the bot have enough users, for you to choose someone very special.
The technical answer is that people can't text you after a mutual like if you don't have your @username installed. Be sure to set your username in the settings to get acquainted and communicate :)
I come across bots, what should I do?
Bots are a serious problem for any service, and we'll be very grateful if you send us a screenshot of a bot's profile. For now there is no system of complaints about profiles inside the service, but we are working on this. And you can send us an email to email@example.com and we'll remove the bot's profile from the service.
I chose the wrong gender and now I can't change it, what should I do?
How to delete my profile?
We are very sorry that you are leaving, and we hope you had fun with us. So far, deleting a profile without our help is unavailable. Please, text us to the contact form and chat at www.zodier.io, firstname.lastname@example.org or @zodier_support(Telegram) and we'll remove your profile from the bot. And we'd be grateful if you leave a feedback with the reason of deleting.

How do I change my profile photo, description or location?
In the bottom right corner you can easily find four dots. If you click them you go to "Menu". Choose "Profile" and then click on the appropriate button and follow the bot's instructions.
The bot sends me errors, what should I do?

I don't have a "Menu" button or it's gone. How do I get it back?
The "Menu" is enabled when the user is fully registered. If you haven't completed the registration, then this may be the reason.
And if the "Menu" was there but disappeared, then most likely it happened because Telegram updated the app. To get it back, type or click /settings in the commands and change the language, then the menu will appear again.
